Facilities
LSI believes that self-access study is an important
part of your course. We are very proud of our state-of-the-art
Self-Access Centre which contains TV and video, an audio-active
language laboratory and small library, a suite of multimedia
CDROM computers all instantly connected to the internet
via ADSL and colour printers (for students wishing to
use the Internet, there is a small weekly fee of £5
= 6 x 30 minutes).
LSI has also developed an excellent
package of Self-Access Study modules which can include
Listening Skills, Pronunciation Development, Business
English Skills, and British History & Culture. Moreover,
if you have your own area of interest, our Self-Access
Supervisor may well be able to provide you with relevant
study materials.
